Usually I am journaling in my own personal notebook but today I decided I should get back into journaling online.

To be honest, things have been pretty rough. The only time I actually get to draw is when my professors are going off in tangents and I find it necessary enough to draw so I can stay awake in class.

Sometimes it's not the brightest idea because then I start to get so inclined to only filling the borders up and then my notes have to move on to the next page. Not so bad though - I look back on it and laugh as to how much of the drawings cover up the "empty" spaces on the page.

I am looking into tutorials and things in order to learn how to color. I really want to improve my artwork by adding spectacular color. I have yet to learn how to draw feet and hands correctly. The one thing I am really working on is the position of how to draw a character posing in any way, shape, or form. I really want to be able to draw someone laying down and actually make it good enough that they are actually sunken in.

I guess that's all for my first entry!
